OBJECTIVE

The objectives of the association are:

  • To create a forum for the owners/tenants  to express their concerns that will safeguard their interest and welfare.
  • To bring forward and mediate all matters arising between the owners/tenants and the developer/authorities.
  • To enhance relationship between owners/tenants and the developer/authorities.
            

CURRENT ISSUES

1. STRATA TITLE 

The association has been pursuing very closely with the developer on the issuance of Strata Title. The Land Office has issued the Strata Title for Block 1 to Majlis Sukan Negeri Selangor (the beneficiary owner of the land) on 22 May 2007. The developer is now in the process of registering the Strata Title to the names of respective owners of Block 1.

2. JOINT MANAGEMENT BODY

The association has forwarded the names of the committee members for the formation of Joint Management Body (JMB) to the developer on 9 Sept 2008. In the interim, the JMB would undertake the maintenance of Block 1 until the Strata Title is issued. The date for the formation of JMB shall be dependent on the application and submission of the relevant documents by the developer to the state agencies.
